The Customer Service team works to create customer satisfaction through effective communication, continuous improvement, and fostering a positive workplace environment. SNF customers enjoy personalized service. This is what separates our Customer Service Department from the many others. Each customer is assigned to a specific Customer Service Representative (CSR) trained in handling that customer’s specific needs. The Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM (EST). CSRs are also cross-trained so that if a CSR is ever away from their desk, someone is always there to help. This team environment is conducive to creating and maintaining outstanding relationships with our internal and external customers.

Our sales force is trained in all aspects of providing products, services, and comprehensive solutions to solve our customers' most challenging needs.
SNF has an elite team of Technical Service Representatives that are capable of handling all polymer related testing, equipment installations, and servicing that any of our customers may require.
SNF’s Logistics Department handles all types of shipments into and out of facilities across the country. Whether shipping by truck, rail, intermodal, or ocean transportation, our logistics department handles hundreds of shipments on a daily basis.
